CandorIQ gives HR and finance teams one system for planning headcount and pay. Its AI agents build pay bands and job architecture, run compensation cycles, and model hiring plans against the budget: work most companies still do in spreadsheets.
Haris Ikram and Sutthipong Thavisomboon, who had led product and engineering teams from early stage through IPO, started the company in 2023 and went through Y Combinator that summer. As first-generation immigrants, both had struggled to learn their own market value, which is why pay transparency sits at the center of the product.
Array invested in CandorIQ's $4.8M seed round in September 2023, alongside Y Combinator and CRV.
