Cast builds AI agents for customer success and account management. Working from a company's existing tools, they prepare business reviews, show each customer the value they are getting, and handle renewals and routine account work, so a customer success team can cover far more accounts without adding people.

Dickey Singh started Cast in 2020 and took it through Techstars that year. The company holds a US patent on its approach.

Array led Cast's seed round in March 2021.
