Chisel Labs

Chisel built an AI agent for product managers with a feedback and roadmap system of record underneath it. It drafted PRDs, release notes and status reports, ran research and competitive analysis, and captured ideas from unstructured customer feedback through a conversational interface, connected to Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce and Zendesk, so PMs could spend less time on busywork and more on revenue and adoption.

Praful Chavda, a former Microsoft product executive who had founded and sold Bryght.ai, started Chisel in 2021. Pendo acquired it in February 2026.

Array co-led Chisel's $1.5M pre-seed round with Ridge Ventures in January 2022.
