FinanceOps uses AI agents to recover failed and overdue payments for lenders, credit unions, healthcare providers and other businesses with large receivables. The agents work each account across SMS, email, voice and payment portals, offer payment plans within limits the client sets, screen every message for compliance before it goes out, and reconcile each payment to the client's ledger.

Pragas Nanthakumar, who spent a decade in treasury and risk at Canadian banks, and Yogesh Jeswani, a payments engineer from PayPal and Visa, started the company in 2023. It charges a share of what it recovers rather than a subscription, and has recovered more than $400M for its customers.
