Flamingo

Flamingo replaces the patchwork of tools that IT teams and managed service providers use to run computers (remote access, patching, device management, help desk and security monitoring) with one app built on its open-source OpenFrame platform. Its agent Mingo reads logs from every machine and fixes what it finds, Fae helps employees on their own computers, and anything the admin's rules mark for approval arrives on their phone.

Michael Assraf, who founded the vulnerability-remediation company Vicarius, started Flamingo in Miami at the end of 2024. More than 380 businesses use it, and it raised a $4.5M seed round led by Vertex Ventures in 2026.
