About
GoodTime runs the coordination work of hiring with AI agents it calls Orchestra. They screen candidates, schedule interviews across everyone's calendars, keep candidates informed and handle the back-and-forth that otherwise falls to recruiting coordinators, so companies hire faster and fewer steps get dropped.
Ahryun Moon and Jasper Sone started it in 2016 to fix interview scheduling, where a single interview could take days of email. Moon worked undercover as a recruiting coordinator at three companies to learn the job, and GoodTime has since grown from scheduling into the whole hiring process.
Array invested in GoodTime's Series A in October 2018, led by Bullpen Capital.
