About
HappyRobot builds AI agents that handle the phone calls and messages logistics runs on. Freight moves on constant back-and-forth (appointment scheduling, check calls, status updates, carrier negotiation), and most of it still happens by voice and email. HappyRobot's agents take those conversations end to end: picking up the trigger, holding the call, and writing the outcome back into the systems of record.
The company describes itself as the AI operating system for the real economy, and now sells the same platform beyond freight, into utilities, airlines, insurance, manufacturing and telecom.
Array led HappyRobot's pre-seed in April 2023, when the company was three founders and a thesis about voice in logistics.
