Harmonize

Harmonize automated user access governance for growing companies. It handled the identity lifecycle that compliance depends on, provisioning access at onboarding, removing it at offboarding and managing devices, and used a machine learning model trained on a company's own approval history to decide most access requests automatically. It could also grant access only when an employee needed it, removing it after hours, so standing permissions stopped piling up.

Johnny Kinder and Dean Clark, who had built WePay's engineering and IT systems together, founded Harmonize in 2022. Drata acquired it in 2024 to bring access governance into its compliance automation platform.

Array led Harmonize's pre-seed round in June 2022, alongside Ripple Ventures.
