OpsVerse ran a fully managed suite of open-source DevOps tools that a company could deploy into its own cloud, on-premises or in OpsVerse's in minutes, so engineering teams could focus on their product instead of operating tools and infrastructure. It later added Aiden, a generative AI DevOps copilot that automated operations and answered questions across a team's stack.

Arul Jegadish Francis and Nikhil Ravindran, who had both spent years at Ariba running DevOps and product, founded OpsVerse in 2021. StackGen acquired it in 2025, and Aiden became part of StackGen.

Array invested in OpsVerse's pre-seed round in January 2023, alongside Stage 2 Capital.
