ORO coordinates enterprise procurement from request to payment. It guides each purchase request into the right compliant process, orchestrates the people, approvals, suppliers and existing ERP and procurement systems involved, and uses AI agents for work such as supplier onboarding and bank-fraud checks, with policies applied consistently throughout.
Sudhir Bhojwani, Lalitha Rajagopalan and Yuan Tung, who led product, solutions and architecture at SAP Ariba, started ORO in 2020. It raised a $100M Series C in March 2026, led by Brighton Park Capital and Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
Array invested in ORO's early funding and again in its $25M Series A in 2022.
