About

Precanto is an AI-powered planning and forecasting system for corporate finance teams. It connects to a company's financial and HR systems to predict where spending, headcount and the P&L will land, flags variances and anomalies as they appear, and lets budget owners ask questions and run what-if scenarios in plain English instead of waiting on finance for spreadsheet updates.

Sandeep Madduri and Naresh Nemali, finance leaders from companies such as Moveworks, Arctic Wolf and CasaOne, started Precanto in 2021 with technologist Andy Sen. It is based in Los Gatos, with an R&D center in Bangalore.

Array invested in Precanto's $5.5M pre-seed round in January 2023.
