About

Runway is a release management platform for iOS and Android teams. It connects to the tools a mobile team already uses, from source control and CI to app stores, project trackers and Slack, and runs the whole release cycle from one dashboard: branch cuts, version bumps, ticket labelling, submissions, staged rollouts and rollbacks. Monitoring catches problems in a rollout before anyone has to ask for the status of the release, and newer AI tools triage issues across a team's tools.

Its founders built the first mobile app team at Rent the Runway, and went through Y Combinator's Winter 2021 batch.

Array invested in Runway's pre-seed in March 2021 and again in its $2M seed that November, led by Bedrock.
