Tumble

Tumble runs smart laundry rooms for apartment buildings. It installs and services connected washers and dryers in multifamily properties and gives residents an app to find open machines, pay, get notified when a cycle ends and reach support directly, which takes laundry complaints off the onsite team. IoT monitoring and predictive maintenance keep machines running, and owners see usage and revenue across their properties.

Tumble On-Demand adds a wash-and-fold service run from the building's own laundry room, giving residents gig work and owners new revenue. Marine Corps veteran Scott Patterson founded the company in San Francisco in 2019.

Array invested in Tumble's $7M seed round in October 2022, led by Hivers and Strivers.
