About

Wokelo builds AI research agents for dealmakers. Private equity firms, investment banks, consultancies and corporate development teams use it to source companies, run due diligence, map markets and produce investment-grade analysis that used to take days, drawing on a database of more than 20 million companies and premium data subscriptions. Firms can design their own agents on a drag-and-drop canvas or deploy ready-made ones built from bankers' and consultants' playbooks.

Its newer product, akta.pro, sells the same private-company data and signals as a pay-as-you-go API built for other AI agents. Siddhant Masson and Saswat Nanda, both former strategy consultants, founded Wokelo in Seattle in 2022.

Array invested in Wokelo's $1.5M pre-seed in June 2023 and again in its $4M seed in 2024.
